Conservation is at the very heart of our business, and we have carefully selected our projects to ensure that our customers experience some of the best research and conservation projects Southern Africa has to offer.
We are a start up in terms of our mentality, our team work in an autonomous manner, which allows them to manage their own time. We have a flexible working ecosystem, that encourages our team members to work remotely but also provides opportunities to meet up and collaborate regularly.

We are looking to hire an entry level Project Volunteer Coordinator, someone who has a keen interest in conservation, wildlife and travel.
Our Managing Director & Founder will oversee the development for this person. So you will get the opportunity to be trained by someone with over 17 years of industry experience, who has built the business from scratch.
This role would suit a curious person with a buttoned down attention to detail. There will be a lot of admin to manage, which will include working in our own CRM system creating and managing bookings directly with our clients.
As this position grows, we would like to develop the role to the point that they can take on more challenging tasks beyond admin and bookings. The scope for the role allows for rapid progression and continuous training.
We would like this person to assist with the online and offline marketing for the company, with our main target market being students, social media is one of our key marketing tools. To also develop group sales through generation of new leads and presenting opportunities to schools, colleges and universities.
This role would suit a people person, who picks up new things quickly. We would like this person to be enthusiastic, confident in presentations, sales calls and client meetings but most importantly a great work ethic and a self-starting attitude.
As part of a small team you will be required to be multi skilled to undertake such duties as and when required.
In house training will be given on all aspects.
