What is the process?

Wondering how to book a Gap Africa Project? The process couldn’t be simpler, just follow these simple steps:

  • Complete the simple enquiry form on our website.
  • A member of the Gap Africa Projects team will be in touch to discuss the experience with you in more detail.
  • Your project/trip will be confirmed in writing and a full information pack will be sent to you outlining all the fundamentals (Basically everything you need to know about your selected experience).
  • We then require a deposit of £200 to secure your placement either via cheque, bank transfer or Credit / Debit card.
  • We will confirm your placement in writing with a copy of your invoice.
  • Final balances are due 8 weeks before departure.
  • All final documentation, travel plans and preparation packs sent to you 4 weeks before departure.
  • Depart on the experience of a lifetime!!

We try to ensure that you pay the best possible price for your placement. The majority of the money you pay is put straight back into the project to help cover your in country costs as well as a contribution to the project itself. We keep a small administration fee to cover your registration in the UK.
